Shipping Policy

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery time: Scarves and accessories arrive within 2 business days after dispatch. Clothing items (such as hoodies) are made to order and take around 12 days.

Shipping fee: AED 15 per order. Orders of AED 200 and above ship free.

Tracking: We will send you an update on WhatsApp or email once your order is on its way.

Delays: Delivery may take longer during public holidays and busy periods.

International shipping: Not available at the moment.

سياسة الشحن

نوصّل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

تجهيز الطلب: يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال يوم عمل واحد.

مدة التوصيل: الإيشاربات والإكسسوارات تصل خلال يومي عمل بعد الشحن. الملابس (مثل الهودي) تُصنع حسب الطلب وتستغرق حوالي 12 يوماً.

رسوم الشحن: 15 درهم للطلب. الشحن مجاني للطلبات بقيمة 200 درهم فأكثر.

التتبع: سنرسل لك تحديثاً عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني عند خروج طلبك للتوصيل.

التأخير: قد تطول مدة التوصيل خلال الإجازات الرسمية وفترات الضغط.

الشحن الدولي: غير متاح حالياً.

Return and Refund Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible items: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How to return: Message us on WhatsApp at +971585118070 with your order number. If your item is damaged or wrong, please include photos.

Damaged or wrong items: We will replace the item or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

Other returns: The customer pays return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days.

Hoodies and clothing: Hoodies and other clothing are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

يمكنك طلب إرجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام طلبك.

القطع المقبولة: يجب أن تكون القطعة غير مستعملة وغير ملبوسة وغير مغسولة وبعبوتها الأصلية.

طريقة الإرجاع: راسلنا على واتساب 971585118070+ مع رقم الطلب. إذا كانت القطعة تالفة أو غير المطلوبة، أرفق صوراً.

القطع التالفة أو الخاطئة: نستبدلها أو نرد لك المبلغ، ونتحمل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

الإرجاع الآخر: يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

الاسترداد: بعد استلام القطعة وفحصها، نرد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع خلال 7 أيام عمل.

الهوديز والملابس: الهوديز والملابس بتتصنع حسب الطلب، فمنقدرش نقبل إرجاع أو استبدال بسبب تغيير الرأي أو المقاس. لو القطعة وصلت تالفة أو فيها عيب أو طباعة غلط، راسلنا على واتساب خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام مع صورة ونبدلها أو نرد المبلغ.

القطع التي لا تنطبق عليها هذه الشروط قد لا يتم قبول إرجاعها.
